WAST Personal Training Programs for at-risk Student-Athletes helps student-athletes get Scholarships to play in college.
True story…Mr. Hawkins Executive Director for WAST coached this basketball team below to a WIN after being down 13 points with only 2 minutes left in the game. His friend made a note. In basketball, the game is never over until the final buzzer goes off and no time is on the clock at the end of the 4th quarter or 2nd half. In coaching, you tell your players to never quit or give up.
Personal Training will be offered for one-hour Monday-Friday between 6:00pm-9:00pm for all sports and physical fitness training
